Terms of Service

Welcome to BAM! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BAM! mobile application ("App") provided by Red Ocean Apps LLC FZ ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases, including:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Yearly subscription

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Your payment method will be charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google:

We do not directly process refund requests. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund inquiries.

4. User Conduct

While using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Post or share offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

  • The BAM! brand name, logo, and trademarks
  • Game designs, wordlists, and content
  • Software code, graphics, and user interface
  • Audio, visual, and other materials

are owned by Red Ocean Apps LLC FZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED OCEAN APPS LLC FZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any content or conduct of any third party

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice
  • Update these Terms at any time
  • Change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including:

  • RevenueCat for in-app purchase management
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store for payment processing
  • Content delivery networks for wordlists and game content

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App will immediately cease
  • Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period unless you cancel through your App Store or Google Play account
  • Locally stored data on your device may be deleted upon uninstallation

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Ocean Apps LLC FZ regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
